📦 When will my order arrive?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email your order number along with clear photos of the issue to info@braytyns.com, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
